- Do not use citrus based cleaners on any type of natural stone.
- Do not put hot pans/pots straight onto benchtops of Engineered Stones. We recommend you use a pot stand, chopping board or trivet.
- Natural Stones are naturally heat resistant and heat damage would occur only if the stone was heated unevenly. Prevention is key therefore we always recommend using a pot stand, chopping board or trivet.
Should your top take on a product residue it will become cloudy, and the product residue will move around rather than clean off. It will need a deep clean. This service is available from Lustre Ltd.
