- Do not use citrus based cleaners on any type of natural stone.
- Do not put hot pans/pots straight onto benchtops of Engineered Stones. We recommend you use a pot stand, chopping board or trivet.
- Natural Stones are naturally heat resistant and heat damage would occur only if the stone was heated unevenly. Prevention is key therefore we always recommend using a pot stand, chopping board or trivet.
Should your top take on a product residue it will become cloudy, and the product residue will move around rather than clean off. It will need a deep clean. This service is available from Lustre Ltd.

- Daily Cleaning
- Soap and water: Wipe the surface regularly using a soft cloth, warm water, and a mild household detergent.
- Drying: Dry the benchtop or tile surface with a clean towel or microfiber cloth to prevent water streaks.
- Stain and Spill Management
- Act fast: Clean up spills (like wine, coffee, or citrus) promptly.
- Tough marks: For stubborn spots, use a gentle non-abrasive cleaner or a melamine sponge (like a Magic Eraser) with your standard cleaner.
- Avoid harsh chemicals: Do not use high-alkaline oven cleaners, hydrofluoric acid, or heavy metal scouring pads that can damage or dull the finish.
- Heat and Cut Resistance
- Heat safe: Uniceramica has exceptional heat resistance, meaning hot pots and pans can be placed directly on the surface without scorching.
- Protect knives: Always use a cutting board instead of slicing directly on the porcelain to protect your knife blades.
- No sealing needed: Because porcelain is entirely non-porous, it never requires sealing or specialized waxes.
